The Chocolate War
Catcher in the Rye
Brave New World
1984 -
Nix the chocolate war - not a classic (read it as a child and only recalled it being a good read)

Want a link to every H.P. Lovecraft publication? I think I also have Aldous Huxley as well. Are you into sci fi? I've only read the first post... I got Jules Verne and Carl Sagan too. Not that sagan is remotely sci fi.. But you know what I mean!

The Brothers Karamazov

Not sure if these are considered classics of if they are free - but I have recenty read some older books that I really enjoyed. Try: the road, 1984, the postman hmm... I can't remember the others but if u can get any of those free I highly recommend

Gilgamesh
Odyssey
Iliad of HomerThe most populate "Classic" of all time... The Bible!
If you want a good book from the 19th century try anything by;
G.A. Henty. Exellent historical fiction books about 300pgs each.
Harder to read but still excellent, books by
Sir Walter Scott

Not true classics. But you would enjoy Orwell's "1984" and burgess' "1985". (tribute to Orwell's book)
