At B. if a person got in a car crash and is a vegetable, legally pronounced dead, yet life support and such is keeping their physical body alive. Is that not the same? The fetus is technically on life support. And when the brain and such kicks in, it is illegal in any circumstance to abort. That's why the window is a short one.

I do know what liberalism is. Also, conservatism tends to take an anti-abortion stance.
