  Well done my man, I ran a 15k (9.6 miles or thereabouts) a week ago and my legs are still all jacked up. Great feeling when you finish though!

  Thats times pretty good if youre not a regular runner or semi professional sportsperson. Take a days break the run it again but try to do it 5 at least 5 mins faster. And take protein/ skimmed milk/ mixed nuts after.

 Have more then a day off! Your muscles need at least 4 days to recover from the lactic acid and muscle tear.

  My dad ran a 100 mile race last week. It took him 25 hours nonstop to run
