I know it's the wrong flag, but I am American.
All I am saying is, long live the queen. 60 yrs of service to her country, that's fucking amazing.
So

God save the queen. Wish I could be there for the jubilee. Sounds like a blast. But will be watching it on the Telly.

Queen doesn't do much for us brits! She's just a figure head, nothing more. You'll see lots of people having street parties but the majority are just any excuse to have a party!

Most brits, like me, are just enjoying the 2 extra days off work!

She's my figurehead too....

60 years as queen of a country she visited maybe half a dozen times. Though I remember as a 4 year old being taken to Sydney airport by my British Grandparents to see her arrive. The planes were really cool.

All joking aside, she was born into a job and has had a fair crack at the whip. Thanks Lizzie, you've done us proud.

She's a monarch, and actually half german.

The queens mother was full german. They fled the nazis in the world war and moved to london, there second name comes from the part of london they first moved to.

And some how became royal :/

In all honesty half the royal family are coke heads, the queen doesnt do anything, she doesnt even pay her bills :/

Will prince Charles ever inherit the crown? Or will he die before the Queen? Or will monarchy be extinguished from the UK when the Queen dies? I'm just procrastinating.
