Anyone in the uk currently following 'The Apprentice' ?

Over the years of watching, in my opinion, I believe Alan sugar has become a 'fairy'. In previous series he'd yell to the mountains if they sold 1 less cup than the other, but recently he doesn't seem to have the aggressive tone and became more lenient.

Maybe he's starting to realise that he can't really take himself so seriously while he's firing someone, from an executive position, for making bad chutney
