This guy named Yung MastaC105 has been harassing me. I'm new to the game, every time I claim a new turf he claims a turf right on top of mine. I end up loosing a lot of money. Can someone please put him in his place

Best thing to do in your situation is 1: stay a low lvl (no higher than 30)
2: place a turf as far as you can, buy all the upgrades, use the turfs' building zone to place another fully upgraded turf (destroy original turf) and repeat

Do this until you cannot no more. This is called turf hopping which is the ability to travel within the game without moving an inch in real life.

Start mobbing up (still keeping your lvl low)
Once you're 2-3k mob more than them return to the area and use loot to cover them. If they have a problem with it them cap a turf and ask them is that better than being taxed. >:) you'll survive.

Don't tell them that
1: they aren't the right lvl yet
And
2: they need to learn how to mob up and fight for themselves
