I purchased a house three years ago. The house is an all brick with basement and fireplace. Big yard, storage building, and plenty of parking. It is in a neighborhood where my youngest neighbor is in his 70's. Across the street is a cemetery. Very quiet and serene. When in negotiations to purchase the house, I wanted to pay about $4,000 less than the sellers bottom line price. My realtor said she would submit the request, but needed reasoning as to why the seller should drop price another 4k. After careful deliberation I replied "I'm not saying zombies are real, I'm not saying I believe in them. But, IF it ever does happen I figure I'm gonna need at least $4,000 in guns and ammo to protect my family and property" of course I was just being a smartass to see if she would really submit that as my reason. Thinking she would change my request to a repair issue or something believable, I went on my way. Four days later she called and said the seller accepted the offer!😂

I couldn't believe that she submitted it, but was more astounded that the seller thought it was a good idea to prepare for what may come in the end of times......hahaha. I found my paperwork while cleaning out my desk today and thought you guys might enjoy the story.....
