How would you give money to a player here?

From what I can see that sub section of the forums is not nearly as active as this part. I used my best judgement and made the desicion to post where I thought a answer would best follow.

I understand. People make it in there though. I try to visit it once or twice a day and check through anything new.

And we wouldn't need a help tab either. This is general discussion. Not "I want my question answered right now so I'll ask anyways bc I say it's okay" forum. Again, if everyone did that.... Fill in the blanks.
