It's annoying tht u hav 2 go 2 som places 2 find out tht it's not a place 2 b capo of! Let's start with Cheshire :D

You don't have to go anywhere. Just find a spot on the map and try to add turf. It doesn't matter if you're over limit or out if range. You won't be able to place turf, but you'll see the location.
Then you can decide if it's worth going to or not.

You can also figure this out using the Tob Mobsters button and selecting your country, state (province), and then choosing from the city list. This will then also show you if there is already a Capo, who it is, and who else may have turf there so you can plan.
