Cartel wars: get 110 slots, get the weapons you need, game finished and boring.

Turf wars:
Plant turfs, get capped, retaliate, do some destroying and have fun

I say turf wars is way better than cartel wars+ the community in tw is way more helpfull that the majority of big headded asshats in cw

We're a lot of fun here. It's a community. We have a wiki page w history. Man it's like a little world in your pocket. Just don't troll hard and you can hang on for the ride.
