On Behalf of the TW International Banking Consortium, that a plethora of players possess turfs in a number which far exceeds their ability to reasonably defend. The matter has been thoroughly considered and it has been determined that turfs possessed by player's whose appetite exceeds their ability to defend said turfs will be:

I fully support the OTB Conn N.C.U. And think the 3:1 influence to mob ratio is plenty fair. Foreclosure helps keep the map active, keeps bullys in check, and provides motivation to mob up. How do you feel about it? Pro's? Cons? Feel free to share foreclosure experiences....

For the most part it's been a good idea. There are a few noobs out there though that just simply look at the ratio and either say herp I'm telling OTB or think it's sole justification to bully a player. I know a few players that have no want to mob up, but have a higher turf limit. I think while administering foreclosures I think the OTB Conn N.C.U. should also administer a little justice against .......unauthorized foreclosure agents. ☺

I will take notice if the ratio is greater than 4:1. Then if i am looking for an excuse, i may go ahead and cap a few. Lol

Oooh. Badmrfrosty, you are getting close! Lmao.

I agree with Sauce Boss, and I also wish to say that CT could use a full-scale sweep by an Authorized Foreclosure Agent.

If a player invests don points to up their turf limit, I won't bother them... Even if they don't punch...

Very good sir! I applaud you, plenty of times I've seen one trigger happy noob post a guys name in GD without looking through than ten more trigger happy noobs jump in on the sole fact of 3-1 ratio. Some people just wanna smash smaller players and want justification. For the most part it's been a good idea. 👍. To me it depends on capped to create ratio...

This is what I've said as well. Before I started punching that was me. I bought turf limit but didn't really punch. My ratio was grounds for forclosure. For the most part it's been a good idea. I know a player who's ratio is 10:1, but for the most part, it's turf limit. I'm trying to get into a war with him as motivation for him to mob up. I think he could be a good player, but he only has around 1,200 mob.

:Shrugs shoulders:
I have no "want" to mob up 😳Not to mention I don't have the time (I would much rather spend my little bit of time not working, in the forums. I don't find punching codes fun. I didn't start playing this game because I wanted to punch codes. Thank the heavens for big friends (😘) or I would never be able to make turf. )
This just furthers the reality that in this game you have to have a big mob to play the map.
Meh... I'm a Turf Hugger so I'm never over my limit anyway.

Shouldnt be a general rule. Should be case by case deals. There are always factors to check into.

I agree . But if a player is capping over his limit and has atleast 1:4 or higher I do make them a target. If a player invests don points to up their turf limit, I won't bother them... Even if they don't punch...
+ u get to use most the elements of the game😉

I've just come across a 3000 mob 500 turf. Haven't had a chance to investigate yet.

I believe it is a rule meant to protect those who can not defend their turf but at the same time there are a lot of hypercritical people out there. It has turned into a rule to keep the weak weak and the strong strong. With that said when we look at the top players, we are inspired to obtain 1k+ turfs. Some of them actually have high turf limit, some do not. From what I've experienced and witnessed; if your strong enough to protect hat you have gained, the 3:1 ratio doesn't apply to you

I support this message!I created the ratio for 2 reasons: first, to keep the game interesting for me; and, as tool to help me identify players whom I felt needed some encouragement to punch codes and mob up. The evolution of the ratio thereafter is not something I have much control over; it has taken on a life of its own (if you will).
Contrary to the assertion by The Right Hand, it was not, nor has it ever been my intent that the ratio be a tool "to keep the weak weak and strong strong."
I continue to use it as a tool to help identify players who are, IMO, taking advantage of noobs and Inactives (ever met Slickfingers?). I also review all of a targeted player's turfs to determine if their high inf results from: building their own turfs; capping others' turfs; mules; and, so forth.
If you don't like the ratio, I suggest you consider this counsel: mtfu or stfu!👍

Regardless, I think that the system is flawed, if it is a real system to begin with. I believe that people who cap other people relentlessly then turn around and whine are the same "noobs" that are being protected by this rule.
With the name turf wars, there have to be villains. I believe that if it takes hand holding to inspire a person to punch then rather than have a villain inspire them then the basis of them playing is almost a waste.
Now I agree that capping inactives is wrong. No question about that. But please tell me, what are the grounds for capping people? Is it wrong to take 100 turfs between 10 people who all are near the same mob number? What is the limit?
So if I punch more codes, that gives me more access to take more turfs that I could have without punchig at all? -
I don't mean to seem aggravated but I just want to know so I can become a better player and assess how the game is supposed to be played

So, you want to become a better player? Here are some tips:I don't mean to seem aggravated but I just want to know so I can become a better player and assess how the game is supposed to be played
1. Don't b¡tch when someone caps your turfs.
2. Avoid the use of obscenities, racial epitaphs and pejoratives like "retard," regardless of time, place or circumstance.
3. How many capped turfs is too many? There is no magic number, no magic formula.
4. Try not to piss off the wrong players. Who are these players? You'll likely find out after it's too late.
5. Make friends.
6. Be diplomatic.
7. Be respectful to players who are worthy of respect.
8. There is a wealth of information in the help & strategy forum.
9. Don't post your invite code in the GD forum unless you are absolutely sure you can get away with it.
10. Have fun! After all, this is just a game dammit.OTB

OTB, you da man 👍

Said before, and I agree. 3:1 is a guide to investigate a players activities further.
If I am then looking at a high cap ratio to planted (there is no strict rule here but I have seen 90% capped whining about 5 lost turf in the V forum), and I spot inactives being capped as well it is getting towards eviction time.

It's a load of fucking bullshit. People can play how they want. So what if they have heaps of turf n no mob. Doesn't mean you have to "foreclose" them! Stupid fuckwitts bringing in these shity as rules they make up piss me off. Bring on your foreclosure crap. Let's see what good it does. It will do a hole lot of nothing
