Why is it that this game allows a lvl 80 to attack me when I'm only lvl 50? Not very fair.

Level is not a factor when it comes to attacking. It just shows more experience and usually time put into the game.

A level 15 could beat a level 115 if he has more mob that's well equipped!

Higher leves are only worth to increase your turfs limit.
