I have a severe case of insomnia
And another case of something else (idk what it's called) but technically my immune system slows down and pretty much shuts off slowly after sleeping for 2 hours. After 4 hours it's basically off and when I wake up I feel like shit
I'm hurting all over with headaches stomach aches I feel like throwing up and I just feel sick

I've had a sleep study before. I have sleep apnea. I use a machine and all that. My ex girlfriend loved when I got the machine no more snoring. I have like 4 different masks it took forever to find the right one that I liked.

My mum has that, you can hear the machine on the other side of the house. But it's better than the foundations of the house shaking with her snoring.
