Mob up, equip your mob with the best weapons you can afford (best IMO is lapua, body armor, shoes), and don't spend skill points on att/def.

If you can play nice and not cap people out of town, you can stay. Simple rules-
1- no capping inactives.
2- no excessive capping (keep it under 2/week from an individual unless at war)
3- no capping anyone out of town. The more players, the higher everyone's income.
