Free don points problem

Hi im dean and i have a problem, since yesterday i cand get my free5 points from the don,whyy when i press "get it" it sayes sorry nothing to view or something like that, please try again in a few minutes, ive tryed today, same thing!DOES ANYONE MET WITH THIS PROBLEM? How do i resolve it?thx

Head on over to te help and strategy forum and post it in there, you'd get a better response + this is in the wrong forum anyway.

I've never had this problem but try asking feedback, they may help.

In future, please read the titles of each forum and asses your question and decide where it goes before posting it anywhere. Some day this little bit of info will save your ass:)
