Then you get more money because you don't have to pay the cops for protection in that city anymore and you got capo by having more influence than anyone else in that city

It is what it is... You are simply the 'boss' of your city... You don't have to pay for protection from the police anymore. Try looking under the help section on the homescreen for
more info.
