No active player's turfs

  What is the proper way to do with someone that has sold all the weapons but still have turfs and is not responding to PM's?

  Leave whoever it is alone. Please don't cap Inactives

  Farm them, don't cap them 
- 
  
  Build a turf on top of theirs and make your influence bigger than theirs so that you may tax them....

  Im still a little confused about this subject, i agree dont cap inactives in some cases. If i am in a town with 100 diffrent people all over 2k inf. and i cap about 20 different inactive turf, it dosent hurt the economy, so why not do it?

  I get pissed when I cap another guy who capped inactives, and it makes it seem like it was my doing. It's either erase the turf forever to avoid idiots getting confused, or look like a dick when you were only trying to put an end to a inactive capper.
