-What they want to hear.
-What they don't.
-What shames them.
-What they hold back about.
-What perceived weaknesses of theirs can I relate with.
-Then I need to figure out how to use that information about people constructively, without malice, and from a personal conviction to resist being petty, but rather working always towards an unknown place where we can know we won't need to come back.

Greenman has a fantastic mind. He's never too harsh. His temper rarely gets the best of him. He's intelligent and creative beyond his years. And he can see things in a superior way versus his petty opponents. this guys brain is amazing.
