  1. You must have one thumb.👍
  2. You must be over age 41.👍
  3. You must have one turf or a multiple thereof.
  4. You must have an OTB in your mob.
  5. Your mob must No. 1 somewhere on a Top Mobster Leaderboard.

  You didn't say only 1 thumb. Does that mean 2 thumbs work?
  Sadly, I'm 4 years, 3 months below the age requirement.

  I must admit I have 2 thumbs but unlike those above I can operate them independently of each other, therefore they each count as one. I am also top mobster is some hick town I am sure.
