Advantages?!?

I was reading the "Get Help" stuff on the main menu and when it mentions capos it states that when you are capo you get many advantages as well as free police protection. Can anyone tell me what the advantages are except for being an obvious target?

You get a spaceship with lasers, a brand new house in your capo area (the house is real). You also get the chance to go to the annual turf wars convention in Iran.
