Can someone pm me an answer! I understand u have to have a bunch of turfs within a city to be the capo of it. But, do u have to hae like the most turfs within a 5 mile radius of the city center or something?

I dunno I took a capo from \v/ that he 1st took from myself. (yea he got it back)He also has 3.5k+ more my then myself n has a bunch more turf in my area

They said you have to put in an application at the TW office in downtown Manhattan or go online to: turfwars.org/imanoob and wait 3 weeks. That's how somebody I know got theirs.
