  As stated above, tupac had meaning and passion. Biggie was just amazing! All lil Wayne is is "pussy money weed". It's garbage.

  Knowledge Reigns Supreme-Over Nearly Everybody is one of the greatest. Since he wasn't an option,mi have to go with Pac. He embodied more of the five elements of hip hop than Biggie. He was an MC, Breaker (back up dancer for digital underground), and dropped knowledge. Plus I have you seen Juice? Biggie can't mess with that.
