Why can't I buy a Kevlar lined vest? I'm a level 32 and The Don says i can buy one but I can't find it in my weapons. I even tried looking in loot and turf upgrades (where I know it shouldn't be) but can't find it. Is there a glitch or something? Thanks

One, this is the wrong forum.

Two, the Kevlar lined vest is a loot item only. As in, it can't be bought. Also, you might be too low a level to use it.
