  Random you must be mistaken . I am pretty certain havnocock knows quite a few mobsters who enjoy to spend their OWN money on raising STam and turf levels and buying crates but dont want to actually mob up to play the game and only come to life whenever they fear their glorious leader haddock is in trouble
