I have thus forth ceased giving a shit about personality tests. To me they say nothing about who you are or what you do. I know most people base their answers on what they think about themselves not what is true.

Obviously the Meyers Briggs is only helpful to an individual if they answer each question with brutal honesty.✂
Not with what they would strive to be, or who they wish they were, but simply who they are. Right now. Otherwise it's just a fruitless exercise.
Each personality style has a rather distinct set of strengths associated with it as well as a set of corresponding weaknesses.
Anyone that manages teams for a living or is in any kind of leadership role, can greatly benefit from increased awareness of the Meyer Briggs typologies.
To me, it's all about becoming a much more effective team with more effective leadership. My experience has shown that a critical piece to understanding a given groups'
dynamics is the associated team member personality styles. Then again, I'm a mgt puke that finds the people mgt side of business pretty groovy.

I've always studied more about Astrology and Numerology. I'm Cancer and it describes me really well. I don't like to share personal feelings/emotions with people, but if I'm comfortable around someone, it's easy to share and let go. I'm a crab, you've got to crack the shell. Anyways, didn't mean to hijack, I'll check this out later.

Well then, checked the description and it fits me perfectly. Needless to say the "little social skills" aspect of it fits well 😜 -
This got me pretty pegged...

-I Do try to help people I think need, or want it.
-I was a counselor. I work in personnel/social services sort of speak now. I want to be a professor of anthropology someday...
-I also do tend to collect knowledge wherever I find it...
-Idealists are sure that friendly cooperation is the best way for people to achieve their goals... I do tend to always try diplomacy first...
