I'm working with a client to come up with a viral campaign to promote their company and draw attention. Any crazy concepts would be appreciated as random usually works.

Try using homing pigeons and postcards. Homing pigeons do infact exist I was recently made aware. One landed in my back yard the otherday and it walked up to my shoe and sat on it while I was having a smoke outside. I put my hand down, and it hopped on so I picked it up and saw it's little bracelet. It had a phone number etched on it, and a little tube attached. I called the number, and it was the pigeons owner. He explained that there's like homing pigeon clubs around the country, and that they often send their pigeons around with little notes for each other to deliver. The guy also said it was most likely tired and hungry, since it had flown from Illinois to Minnesota in only two days. So I asked what to feed it, and I just so happened to have the same brand of outdoor feed he uses, put little bowls of food and water outside and after petting it and chatting with the guy I let it chill out there for a couple hours.

Then it flew off and that was that. I thought it was pretty cool. I didn't even know those existed. I thought they were made up in cartoons or something.

So in conclusion, you should use pigeons with little note vials containing your advertisements attached to their legs. There is simply no other, more reasonable, option. So don't even consider anything else.

Attach floaty banners to the pigeons, like those planes have trailing them.
Or tattoo dolphins with the info.
Or write it on every banknote that comes through your hands.

I love the homing pigeons idea, especially with banners. If we could find some way of doing it without getting the RSPCA involved its a winner! Any other ideas? And I will reveal the company type, but the less restrictions the better at this stage.
