Final gas day planing ... Answers please

As I make final moves question is ... I'm I still bound by the cap rules... ie have to own turf 24 hours , the distance between turfs , the influence levels ? Am I missing anything? Oh happy GAS DAY

Every thing is still the same. You just ER and cap as much as possible.
