Gentelmen,
I have decided to retire from organized crime. However I do not wish for all of the work I have put into this enterprise to go to waste. I am removing all defensive upgrades from my turf in Irving and I am selling all of my weapons. You have 24 hours in which to capture as much of my turf as you can before i reset this account and delete this application. I am choosing the two of you because we have gotten along well enough during the time I have spent here, and I do not wish to see this city fall into other hands.

During my time as a figure in underworld crime and politics, I have held capo titles in Irving, Southwest, Abilene, and Tye. I do not feel my time has been wasted.
