I wasn't talking about cig's only I'm just talking about nicotine. Smoking can be a habit but nicotine can come addiction. Try electronic cig's. I don't plan on smoking but think they are a wonderful alternative.🔨Wulfgar🔨 wrote:

Well, of course it's not going to taste like the real thing, however I can see the... uh, I'll just blurt it out. Chocolate flavored E cigerrets. But still if it taste like 💩 and you learn to hate it, it helps you quit smoking!(not proven fact but common sence says that if you really don't like to do something, you probably won't do it unless forced.) Also you can try the approach I used with my friend Zac. Do something completely different to fill up the space that you use to smoke. My friend Zac started smoking at 13 and was really looking bad for a 16 year old. So I suggested that instead of smoking when he was bored to go the the gym instead(and offered to take them there) so he usually goes to the gym 2 times a week know and has completely given up his addiction(now instead of him and I looking like tooth picks I look like a grain of rice compaired to him)😂

But the most important part in trying to get rid of a addiction that will decide the outcome of wether or not you get rid of it, is the measure of your motivation. Sure you can set goals in life and dream of accomplishing them, however without motivation they are just goals waiting to be accomplished. But anyone could continue to rant about the same thing by using different words so I made my point. Good luck man. 👍

Good idea, but up here in canada there are like basically no gyms near us.

Well you don't really need a so called "gym" to work out. Get some sweat pants and go walking, jogging, and or running! Anything that will help you get your mind of smoking and help you become healthier. Also when you get home after working out and go to sleep, YOU WILL FEEL GREAT!!!Good idea, but up here in canada there are like basically no gyms near us.

Thnx. I have strong motivation and want to be around for my girlfriend and dont want to make an early exit due to some stupid mistake i made. I love life, and try and live it to the fullest, and making an early exit is the last thing i want to do.But the most important part in trying to get rid of a addiction that will decide the outcome of wether or not you get rid of it, is the measure of your motivation. Im addicted to caffine. No, really i had to be taken home from school once because i hadn't had caffine in like a day and i had a huge migrane and threw up when i got home. The reason i know its caffine is because i had to take medicine and instinctivley i grabed a pop drank it and almost immediatley felt better.

As far as helping with quiting chew you should look for this stuff. It's called Mint Snuff by the Oregon Mint Snuff Co. It's 100% mint leaves. Comes in 4 flavors; mint, cinnamon, wintergreen, & speramint. Sometimes sold in specality stores or online. Really good stuff helps give ya the oral fix and freshens breath.

Get Chantix. It kills withdrawals.

I'm addicted to isolation. As emo as it may sound, I despise interacting with or generally being around other people.

Hey man I hear you, I used to be addicted to porn, instead now I fill my at home downtime with video games. This was back then like 4+ years ago. Now I'd say I'm addicted ( really enjoy) hardcore gaming
