i am a very "treaty" type player, and i would wish to put some turf in danbury NY. i am putting this up here as a way to organize a treaty for the good of all, not for one (if im not interrupring any ongoing wars that i dont know about). i will keep in the 86 inf limit (to not aggravate capo and residents), and i will never attack anyone, unless i get attacked first. this is how i play, i do not lie nor cheat.
