These last two months, every Thursday and Wednesday and Saturday, I look at the clock right when it turns 9:11 PM, it's the creepiest shit that's happened to me in awhile. Any reasons why this is happening?

Subconciously your mind makes more of an important note of certain things. If 9/11 impacted you mentally or physically at all then you take more note of it than other times. I did that awhile back too, try this- for a day write down every time you look at the clock. The exact time. At the end of the day it doesn't seem so far fetched that you saw 9:11 twice.

No, first off you don't seem to know what a conspiracy is.
Conspiracy- A plot of some kind planned with two or more people.
Second, I don't see how it is a conspiracy. Your mind might have been lately thinking of 9/11 a lot and automatically subconsciously remember the time and looks.
