In real life I am upgrading my friends turf(home), his neighbor confronted me this morning and threatened to " make me tear it down ", any suggestions?

In case I confused anyone, I'm working at my friends house and his neighbor complained and threatened to call an inspector to make me tear down my work. It not a player in the game I just thought the similarities were funny, I'm sorry if I confused anyone, you guys are awesome thanks.

As long as your following "city" rules your good. Remember sometimes for the same project you may or may not need permits. Atleast that's what they told me while I put a fence up and some boards up for my porch

neighbors blow! I got 3 fines $1500 $2700 and $5850 for Checkin my oil.. Lady said I dumpd oil in the sewer. They droped it becuz there was about 20 complaints withen a week from her.
