I know right. I had no idea what I was getting myself into until I got there. I knew it was going to be good but I would have never guess it would have been that awesome. When you went did they have the girls pushing around the carts full of goodies? 😁😁😁whyteboibrian wrote:

Oh yeah of course I am a girl so I don't really remember the girls. I do remember there were some trotting around in just body paint. And I went in ATL in August both times. It was so hot. Everyone was just sliding off each other. It was definitely a great and exhausting time.★Λddi★ wrote:

Those are the girls I was talking about. They were giving me all kinds of stuff. There were many times I couldn't even see the stage it was so smokey and I was like 10 feet from the stage. It scared the shit out of me every time I got hit with the fire hose or a bucket of water.

Had to wait six years for RATM to come to the uk. It was worth the wait 😺

Not a massive fan, but wouldve liked to have seen Michael Jackson.
RIP Donna Summer
Springsteen is a legend, but not seen him live -
Only Linkin Park
Still a great show -
I love going to concerts, but being a really tall guy its a blessing and a curse. I get a great view no matter where I stand, but then there's always that short person behind me asking me to move or if I'll let them in front of me. Usually I just ignore them, but sometimes I tell them they should have come 5 minutes earlier. Drives me insane every show I go to.
Just saw Godsmack, Staind, and Halestorm this past Sunday. All of them were awesome, Aaron Lewis is my favorite singer. Lzzy Hale has an amazing voice, this was the first time I've seen her live. I don't know how she sings like that every night and still keeps her voice.

So much music, so little time. I've seen Bruce Springsteen 50+ times. A great show was him, Jackson Brown and Bonnie Raitt aucoustic at the Shrine in LA in '85.
I've seen the Dead 40+ times. Loved the shows at Ventura County Fairgrounds in Cali and the Silver Bowl in Vegas.
Memorable? Cheap Trick opening for KISS at the Forum in LA March 1977 and the Who and the Clash at the Oakland Coliseum in 1983.👍 -

BB King is like this as well. Total pro. This may sound crazy but while I've been to a few the best was actually Sammy Davis Jr. It was early/mid 80's and I went with my Dad and Stepmom1 to see Sammy's show in Lake Tahoe.
It's really hard to describe but Sammy had an Energy that just filled the room. It was like he was able to make everyone feel connected.
He even took unsolicited! requests with such graciousness. He said, "you folks are the reason I'm here."
He was a true entertainer! -
I loved BB King. I took a date with me to see Al Green. I saw Pantera. I saw White Zombie. Ozzie had to follow Rob. Tough act to follow. I saw Pat Metheny and Brad Mehldau. I saw Al di Meola play twice. Acoustic set was best.
Envious of some of you. @ Atla, wish I had seen Ella. I want to see J Mascis. Wish I had seen Rush. Would have loved to see 'the wall' tour and the stones. I did see the Police. I did see Run DMC and KRS 1. I didn't see Beasty Boys but saw and met Mix master Mike with the invincibl skratch picklz—not sure if I spelled it right.
I saw a bunch of shows you all have mentioned.
Memorable show for me was Gwar. I am not that big into them but they have a wild show.
Keep rocking!

Frickin Amazing!Ella Fitzgerald sang at our company holiday party in early 1990.
Also I've had front row seats for Stix, Foreigner, Bee Gees, Michael Jackson, Queen, Heart, Jimmy Buffet, B52s, Gwen Stefanie, Van Halen, AC/DC, Def Leopard, Depeche Mode, Chicago, George Strait, Pink Floyd, Kenny G, The Cure, Poison and a lot more. For ten years I had season tickets at a major outdoor amphitheatre in Southern CA.
These days I'm rather burnt out on concerts. Plus my hearing just isn't what it used to be.
