Just signed into the Beta program on TW. I'm unable to "Declare" when creating a Vandetta. Just wanted to let you know about this possible glitch.

Not sure if you have noticed, but there is a separate forum in the beta. You can submit bugs there. They are still working on it. Nick says he will let us know when they are ready.
