Yes they will replace the phone but no they won't replace the whole otterbox. I just went in and was only able to get a new belt clip because anything else in considered "normal" wear and tear.
I'm on my 3rd and my brother is on his like 8th (blackberry torch(front piece is very brittle)). And both of us have only paid the one time. As for these cases that increase battery life that would be intriguing seeing how my phone dies halfway through the day 😡 damn u turf wars!! Why are u so awesome!!

I had a otterbox and the ones for the iPhone4 is trash.....I switched to one I got from walmart called griffin and its great havent had a problem yet and I run a irrigation and landscape company soo my phone is always in danger lol!
