Dude, tip: there's no need to ever walk during a run. Just slow down a little and focus on breathing and you'll feel better in no time. 👍 🏃

that's what I normally do. But I ran really well yesterday on a 3 mile (which probably knocked all my energy out for today) plus i was hosting a party last night (lots of family). And today was ubnormally hot in the morning so in a combo, I felt awful

Don't run fast: jog, almost walk. Just DINT STOP. Eventually you will out pace everybody who ran fast. You'll jog past as they gasp for breath.

For a big dude I'm pretty quick in the mile. 5/6 and some change.. I jog a few times a week tho, I twisted my ankle doubt Ima run for a good wek

Btw I'm goin' by a iPhone app and an exam I took to become a trooper last year. They made me run 1.5miles tho

I did a 15k for st patty's day this year. Start the race with a shot then chase it with a 🍺. The halfway point is a liquor store where you buy a bottle of booze, then run back to the bar. Time is up after you chug a pitcher. 1:12 total time... No heaving either.
