The return rate varies as you punch more codes. The farther back you get onto the code pages on code sites, the lower the return rate.

I have done a 2,000 sitting, and return rate was around 60% after a week.

I'm not able to sit for a long period of time before having to move, so usually I only a punch up to 500. However, one time I punched 1k in one sitting. Like I said, not able to sit for very long.
