10-15 cm of snow fell last night in Labrador. And nothing better than a snow day to punch codes.

Really? Snow day just because of 10-15cm? Damn.

Actually, it's because of the bad visibility. It usually takes a foot of snow to close school.Really? Snow day just because of 10-15cm? Damn.

I've walked trough a snowstorm more than one time just to get to school. We never have snow days, not even when we had about -30 degrees celcius and a whole lot more than one foot of snow.Sugarcoat wrote:

...i don't know if we even have a limit, haha :p i just know that we can go home if it's below a certain temperature inside. But somehow they manage keeping it over that temperature no matter how cold it is outside.Sugarcoat wrote:

Now, were in a HEAT WAVE😃 90° on Monday!!!
Oregon, wait 5 minutes and the weather will change... -

We only get snow days when it's physically impossible for the buses to get to some of the kids...

Come to New York. They don't give a crap for the most part what it's like outside. Their excuse is that once the kid gets to school, he/she will be indoors. They expect kids to toughen up and suck it up lol.
I was in India visiting my family there in JAnuary. It was their winter time too apparently. My cousins had their school starting times delayed by two hours in the morning because it would be below 50 degrees fahrenheit. I just couldn't help but laugh so hard at the stupidity

In ireland if we get a centimetre of snow, the whole country shuts down. Any excuse for a day off....

NE Ohio
0-100 degrees farenheight, cold winter, warm sometimes hot summer. If there's anything consistent about the weather it's the inconsistency. It was just cold not so long ago then it's 80 degrees, we don't have enough days of 70 degree weather. Though if it is 80+ by the late afternoon pools are usually hot. No snowdays this year, but idc it's warm now! -
