So I go to the mall last Monday with my Gf and I see my best friends Gf there to kissing another guy. I took a pic of those two. So I'm wandering should I tell my friend that his Gf his cheating on him or don't get involved?

If you have a photo or solid proof I would approach her and tell her to tell him. If not show him.

I disagree with you. My friend knew my ex was cheating on me and months before i caught her in our bed and didn't tell me. It really damaged our friendship. We've patched things up since but it would have been nice to know.

Actually, I believe it is. At least with a best mate.
If I saw his fiancé cheat on him, I'd approach her and tell her. If she didn't agree to own up, I'd very carefully and gently tell him. I would expect him to do the same for me too.
Issues like that can be worked through, but they need to be known about.
