Hrmmm... I live in Boston. Whitey has been #1 most wanted for like 2 decades, only suplanted by Osama bin laden. He was actually protected as an CI by an FBI agent for over 5 murderous years. Suspected of being behind Gardner Museum heist - largest art heist is USA history. Seemed like a colorful name to take in this kinda game.
