Have you ever played a full game? A game where noone has cheated? A game where you haven't had a fight and ended because you loss half the players?

No there is always a fight. Someone quits and gives all their money to someone else and then everyone else is mad and then thers a fight. That game needs an impartial referee. And maybe video referee and goal line technology.

I'm always giving the banker evils I get kinda paranoid when I'm playing monopoly, I can't remember a game when I haven't had an arguement.

Yes I have. I love monopoly but nobody wants to play with me. I actually used to know all the spaces in ordr I think I might still know them.
