I agree. I watched this documentary that said the majority of Americans get arrested at least once. Just wanted to check his outI have a criminal record, got conficted for; illegal weapon possession, resisting arrest, assault with injury, threat to life directed, and scams. Furthermore a number of things that I will not post.
For the record, this is not something people should be proud off!! I am not!! I have my life changed dramatically! And I wish i done different things in the past!

Lol man twice once for possession with intent.. Second for violating that probation that I received because when I went to court the weed that I was caught with went from a oz to three grams i felt like they took enough already lol it was reduce to a misdemeanor tho and I have now paid it all off and will not be returning

Once for my carrying my guns 💪💪

I was talking to my GF the other day about how people grow up so differently from each other that it's hard to picture others' upbringings sometimes.
Anyway, I've been arrested many, many times, although it's been over 10 years now. Graffiti, possession, battery, assault with a deadly weapon, burglary, robbery, weapons violations, etc. I did time at 3 different levels as a juvenile and adult. I grew up rough, in gangs. Sadly, having a record and doing time is the norm where I'm from.
I'm not proud of what I was, but I am proud that I've been trouble free for 12 years now. Life is good!

LOL 7 misdemeanors and 2 felonies. Tried as an adult and sentenced to 1 year county jail but lucked out and got juvie for lot less. Best thing that ever happened to me as I got my act together (for most part... ;-)

Every time I walk past the cops. Looking this good is an arrestable offence apparently. I think I'm just persecuted.

I jaywalked in Russia one time… a horde of cops chased me through streets, in cars, and on rooftops. They clubbed me unconscious then brought me to the secret base in Siberia where a life size robot of Stalin tortures criminals and plots his takeover of the world…

Ok, I'll bite. Twice. Not a big deal in and of itself, only problem was it was within 24 hours. For the same thing. I call that week, "the enlightenment". The best part same officer, second time I just climbed in the backseat. Bastard still took me to jail.

Never.
At my job I look out on a prison. Can see the dudes walking around. I always call em loosers and make jokes about em.
Funny to see how some people are proud of being arrested and in being in jail.
I don't get what's there to be proud of though. It's not an achievement. Not much things are easier to achieve then doing something stupid and end up in jail. -

Snapped a guys arm in a bar fight, got 3 days for drunken disorderly. threw a bar stool through a window, got a summary offense. Beat a guy into a coma in a blind rage after seeing him backhand his wife, charged with aggravated assault and attempted manslaughter. Found not guilty by reason of insanity. Apparently, I suffer from suppressed rage syndrome. Still going to therapy for it and was found not guilty 13 years ago.

Aight. Not talking about specific people here. I don't judge people without knowing them. When you were in jail, learned your lesson and became a better person, I respect that.My rap sheet isn't something I'm proud of. It's an admittance of mistakes I've made in the past. I've learned from them and have bettered my life because of them.
But some people see it as a status symbol or something. That's what I don't get. Throwing your life away and being proud of it.
Don't wanna hijack the thread though. So: sorry tough guys 😁 -
oh yeah no way am I proud either... My ex wife turned out to be a fraudster/con artist and she ripped of my dad for almost quarter of a million... My fault too because I let her into our lives. When I spoke to the cops and they were looking through her rap sheet on a computer they were scrolling thru it for about 5 minutes... I was a fool and I learnt my lesson. Gotta be careful who you marry I guess. I despise any kind of person that would take advantage over others especially people who are kind and trusting like me and my dad were. the reason why I got my 2012 arrest as mentioned before was because I couldn't handle myself and ended up taking it out on the roads and a cop... I'm just glad I didn't hit anyone with my car by accident and kill them. Lucky really.

Yep but one kid was racist towards me blah blah he'll never bother me againNever arrested, had anger management issues as a kid. Strangled one kid for throwing an orange at me, beat shit out of another for saying I wouldn't have the guts to hit him again after being told off for hitting him. Generally I was bullied and lashed out in an uncontrolled manner. Good thing we have tight gun laws in Australia, or I would have had a very different life....

I'm on the str8 and narrow now but been in a lot of trouble in my past, more times than I can count. Been arrested for aggravated battery, second degree battery, felon in possession of a firearm, manufacturing methamphetamine, distribution of a schedule 2 narcotic and a few others. I have been clean and out of trouble for 8 years now though.
