Endorphin stands for endo morphine. Morphine our body creates. Why when you injure your self in a physical activity you don't feel much. Why you have opiate receptors. "Runners High", also when your just having a good time with your buds and laugh and it's fun. Why if you play video games all day you feel bored, but when you come in after a day of physical activity you feel great for the night(me atleast.)
