So the more friends we all make the more safe zones we will find ourselves in. I love safe zones but I just cant honor each request because my growing mob gets very hungry. So I have justified to myself that the following criteria makes for a fair cap...
Anyone well outside of my agreed safe zones who has a level over 45 or so who has a low mob. It may be unkind but its in no way unfair as you have had as much opportunity as myself to be in a position to defend yourself. If you want to play this game, god damn it, do it! a
