This is the reply I got from them months ago when it started, now it's just worse :

It’s possible there’s a break somewhere between your ISP’s network and our servers (3G uses your mobile provider’s network).
Do you have a computer on the same WiFi as your device? If so, would you mind running a test for us to see where the break is?

I don't think it's my provider AT&T . Everything else works fine
