Top 5 reasons for capping in my order,
Revenge (is by far the best)
Loot (revenge looting is also the best)
Smaller player taxing me(free loot without the hassle of hopping)
Capping back a friends turf (this one is a type of revenge)
I see a theme.
And my last reason........
WAR IS HELL! (that's a reason)

I rarely cap to keep at or under limit. But I do cap for loot or, like tonight, capped one that somebody put all their turf in a little bundle so I could tax. Income tastes good.
