I could have told you what the dream was trying to tell you. I am decent dream analyser as other people have told me.
But, because you have changed the dream slightly, you have made it false and incorrect for me to analyse.
I'm not even going to start talking about you thinking it to be a message from god...

Maybe so, and I have thought of that. But every time I say something like that, if it's true that it wasn't real, God makes sure I know.

If anything, this isn't a message from god. But a punishment.
He's caused you to fall in love with someone you cannot be with. You'll continue feeling empty and alone as you cannot control when you see her and knowing the fact she does exist.
This is a tormented vision of despair and suffering. Not a message from god.

Adding onto my previous message. You know this isn't a blessing or help from god.
You subconsciously said "trouble". You do not view it as positive situation either. You naturally hate what you are experiencing.

No, it's not a punishment. I know there's someone out there that's perfect for me. Whether it's the girl in my dreams or not, there is someone. If I'm for Him, He's for me. Nothing else to it for me.
