Ok my apple ID was rest and I don't know how get back in to it. So no updates or new apps for me. Can any one help me? Please please can any one help?

If it was reset you probably got a message to the email address you used, if your device is still under AppleCare they'll take good care of you, if not then likely to be another story. I've also found that some of the user groups on support.apple.com can be pretty helpful
