Brass knuckles

Hey I've noticed some players have items like brass knuckles, chain saw etc. Just wondering where they got them?

I got mine from "quest" rewards by doing basic things, like hiring 5 mob. Might be a new-player incentive type deal.

my cuz just started n he hasn't got any new loot items, he's level 14 by now
