Any 1 notice a black circle with a red slash in the middle of it

Ok so I was looking at airports on here and I notice that San Antonio International Airport has a black circle with a red line going from side to side. I know they are turfs but why?

Don't listen to him. He's lying. Its a new thing. You have to level Atla and the Nerds turfs to get in. Once done, you get a BUNCH of loot and can drop turf anywhere in TX for 24hrs

Yes, it's called an airport block to stop other players landing and taking over their area.
Atla is one of the players controlling it.
